Cambridge Security Seals is seeking an experienced Sales & Commercial Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and commercial support to the VP of Sales and sales team.

This role requires someone highly organized, proactive and resourceful who can manage multiple priorities, work independently and follow tasks through to completion.

Compensation: $60,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, price lists and customer pricing files.
• Obtain freight quotes and shipping information.
• Maintain stock agreements and customer program documentation.
• Prepare sales histories, consumption reports and account information.
• Prepare account information for customer meetings.
• Maintain CRM contacts, opportunities and customer data.
• Coordinate specifications, artwork, samples, lead times and technical information internally.
• Track and follow up on actions from customer meetings and calls.
• Support the administrative implementation of new customer programs.
• Assist with meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
• Support Marketing with customer lists, contacts and campaign administration.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy before escalation.

Experience & Skills
• 3–5+ years in sales administration, commercial support, account coordination or B2B manufacturing/distribution.
• Strong Excel, CRM and data-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and senior management.
• Able to understand product and technical information.
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving ability.
• Must be someone who questions inconsistencies, finds answers and takes ownership rather than simply passing information onwards.
