IT Support Intern (Kickstart Your Tech Career!)

Days and Hours:

Monday to Friday, shift availalbe 8:00am-4:30pm

• Salary Range: $18.90/hr - $20.89/hr dependant on experience
• Paid Sick Time

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Windows 10/11 + Active Directory environments

• Troubleshooting hardware & software issues like a pro

• Helping with patching, endpoint protection, and server/network tasks

• Keeping track of devices, licenses, and IT assets

• Jumping into cool infrastructure projects with senior engineers

On any given day, you will tackle a diverse range of tasks—from high-volume helpdesk tickets to complex server configurations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent grad in IT, CS, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, AD, and Office 365

• Comfortable with Excel + networking basics (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing)

• Problem-solver with good vibes and solid follow‑through
