We are looking for a part-time Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. This position is crucial to maintaining smooth warehouse operations by ensuring that incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, hardworking individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can perform physically demanding tasks.

Location: Newburgh, NY

Hours: Approxiately 20 hours per week, primarily in the morning hours

Salary Description: Competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour.

FLSA and Employment Status:

• Non-exempt, part-time position (20 hours per week).
• Schedule flexibility required; potential for additional hours based on business needs.

• Assist in packing and loading boxes for shipment.
• Handle truck deliveries, including receiving, unloading, and verifying contents.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as sorting, labeling, and stocking items.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support overall warehouse operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and sometimes fast-paced environment.
