Responsibilities

  1. Perform clerical tasks including but not limited to the creation, manipulation, dissemination and storage of production related documents, including but not limited to:
    • Paperwork, run sheets, work instructions, forms and related documents.
    • Provide requests for manufacturing instructions, forms, element fabrication, product packaging, packaging for shipment instructions and shipping crate fabrication.
    • Review customers purchase orders and prepare written orders.
    • Entering of sales orders and item creation.
    • Process customer credit cards.
    • Prepare change orders as needed.
    • Customer account creation and maintenance.

SUPPORT

      1. Representative will act as backup for the department in cases of absence or as needed.
      2. Must be detail oriented and can review work to ensure 100% accuracy

GENERAL

        1. Undertakes any other tasks deemed necessary by management to assure the smooth and effective operation of the Company.
        2. Run daily, monthly and quarterly reports
        3. Collection, entry and processing of data in Company’s data systems.
        4. Requisition of raw materials plus supply inventories.
        5. Determination of standard items below safety stock, and release of subsequent jobs to raise those quantities to acceptable levels.
        6. Provide first point of contact for all clients, guests, visitors, vendors, etc.

                    Compensation: $21–$24/hour

Qualifications

  • Exceptional English (verbal and written) comprehension and communication skills
  • Proficiency in mathematics, typing, filing and general office procedures.
  • Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook, Syteline/CSI & Customer Database.
  • The requirements of this position include, but are not limited to, the ability to:
    1. exercise sound judgment.
    2. express ideas in a clear and concise manner.
    3. deal with stressful situations in a professional manner.
  • The physical requirements of this position include, but are not limited to:
    1. Manual dexterity required to operate typical office equipment.
    2. Speak in a clear voice.
    3. To be completely ambulatory so as to travel throughout the company facilities.
    4. Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
    5. The visual requirements of this position include the ability to use a computer monitor for extended periods.
