OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our inventory and materials team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our stock by managing transfers, counts, and work order assignments using an ERP/MRP system. 

Compensation: $20 an hour

- Job responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels 

• Pull and issue parts/materials to work orders 

• Process internal stock transfers and reconcile records 

• Count, organize, and fill inventory bins 

• Receive purchased parts and enter them into the system 

• Close completed work orders in inventory software 

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills 

• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently 

• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems 

• Ability to read work orders and follow detailed procedures 

• Reliable transportation required 

• Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs 
• Prior experience in a stockroom or inventory control environment 
• Familiarity with Global Shop or similar software
