Salary Range:
$72,500.00/Yr. - $92,500.00/Yr.
What You will Do:
As the first point of contact for customers, you will be the go-to person our customers will rely on to address their needs and keep Service running smoothly—from scheduling field engineers to assisting with initial technical troubleshooting questions and guidance. You will coordinate service calls, manage quotes, assist in troubleshooting over the phone, and help ensure a world-class customer experience.
This role blends administrative excellence with technical capability. You will interact daily with customers, Field Service Engineers (FSEs), and internal teams ( Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Shipping )—making you a key player in MPI’s Field Service / Customer Satisfaction operations.

We also boast a full training center to provide ongoing training classes for process engineers, machine operators and maintenance staff, available to our entire global customer base. MPI also offers impressive pattern injection and pattern assembly capabilities. Pattern production is mutually beneficial because it gives the customer a chance to reap the benefits of the process without the initial commitment to purchase. It also allows MPI to clearly see opportunities for enhanced equipment design.
