$19-21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sub Assembly Technician located in Poughkeepsie, NY. The Sub Assembly Technician will be responsible for tasks such as using shop tools, soldering, working with power tools, mechanical assembly, and quality control in the production process.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of electrical fundamentals and the ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Ability to comprehend circuits and components.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in manufacturing or assembly processes is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Supports MPI lean culture and initiatives by attending and participating in daily lean meetings while supporting efforts to make continuous improvements throughout MPI.
