Responsibilities

General Purpose of Position:
Responsible for curing fabric-reinforced rubber products using special molds following written work specifications.

Setting up curing molds following written work specifications.
Loading uncured seals into molds and adding necessary performs (sub-components).
Clamping molds and setting the appropriate time and temperature in order as required by the work specifications.
Assist fellow team members and other teams as required, moving large seals or on other projects.
Properly reading and completing required paperwork on job packages and paperless scheduling system
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience: A minimum of two years in a manufacturing environment is desired

Read, write, and speak English and follow written instructions
Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Perform simple mathematical calculations to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to read a ruler and measurements
Ability to use hand tools

This is a first shift position with a starting rate commensurate with experience $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
