ErtelAlsop is looking for looking for a motivated Customer Service/Order Entry Coordinator to join our team.  This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers, logistics companies and other team members.

The ideal candidate for our Customer Service position will be an energetic, positive, and organized professional who is able to effectively create relationships.  You should have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate over the phone and email.

• Salary: $18 - $25 / Hour
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Interact with customers regarding order placement and status
• Work with logistics companies to define best lanes for shipments to customers
• Work with Overseas and Canadian customers to coordinate their shipments
• Assist accounting department with reconciling A/R invoices
• General clerical support for sales department (filing, emailing, photocopying, scanning)

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to engage and learn from others
• Fully computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM Systems
• Excellent math skills (must be good with numbers)
• Excellent problem solving, time management, and organization skills
