    The Industrial Engineer is responsible for finding ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes.


    • Review and develop production information to understand methods of manufacturing. This includes production schedules, process flows and engineering specs.
    • Develop standards for production and design by working with cross functional departments including sales, engineering, quality and production.
    • Assist the Corporate Industrial Engineer by conducting time studies and completing Cost Estimate Worksheets (CEW)



    • Candidates should have significant knowledge of production processes, costs, quality control, raw materials and other methods for maximizing efficient manufacturing
    • A degree in Engineering, or relevant studies is required (BS preferred).
    • Advanced skills using Excel are required, as are strong analytical skills.
    • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the ways various systems interact and how changes in operations will affect outcomes.
    • Proven experience of applying LEAN Six Sigma principles is strongly preferred.
