  • Overview

    We are looking for a smart and dedicated marketing associate to join our team. The marketing manager will be responsible for helping to develop new engaging campaigns and strategies to increase our revenue through various marketing efforts.


    The candidate should know SEO and be able to analyze marketing data and metrics. The marketing manager will also be involved in creating compelling content, and traditional media strategies for print advertising. The candidate should have experience in web analytics tools and applications, as well as marketing strategies.




    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Help develop and implement strategies with marketing team
    • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data in web traffic and rankings
    • Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
    • Compile forecasting reports
    • Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods
    • Assist in setting brand standards, mission, and goals
    • Help to expand reach to customers through SEO campaigns and various methods of advertisements
    • Ideate and coordinate with the marketing design and content teams
    • Assist in creation of SEO, content, and design strategies
    • Collaborate to generate digital and print advertising material
    • Responsible for PRs and editorial submissions to various publications
    • Work with advertising budget and price negotiations
    • Maintain website updates and postings
    • Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
    • Present forecasts, metrics, and any relevant information to senior leadership


    Marketing Manager Requirements and Qualifications

    • BS degree in marketing or equivalent
    • 3+ years’ of previous experience as a marketing associate or marketing assistant
    • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and digital tools
    • Superior computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, marketing technology applications such as web analytics and Google AdWords
    • Up-to-date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
    • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • In-depth understanding of industry and its position in the market a plus
