Fair-Rite uses sales representatives throughout the United States. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and training these sales reps.
Our Sales Managers must be able to understand and be actively knowledgeable of market conditions and competitiveness of product(s) relative to other competitors and technologies.
This position requires the individual to travel in order to visit current and prospective customers, test labs and attend trade shows and technical sessions.
The Sales Manager will complete Requests For Quotes (RFQ’s), oversee the quotes and lead follow up. This individual will be expected to analyze sales activity and trends, and develop solid sales forecasts.
In addition to working with external customers, this individual must be able to effectively work with manufacturing, quality, engineering and scheduling in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
