Fala Technologies in Kingston, NY is currently accepting applications for an experienced CNC Operator. The selected individual will prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, tapping, deburring etc. This candidate would be responsible for preparing and loading raw materials and parts onto machines and supervise machines while running. This includes inspection and problem solving.

  • Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, tapping, deburring etc.
  • Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
  • Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
  • Inspect sample workpieces to verify conformance with specifications, using instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators.
  • Input tool offsets and change tool in order to keep dimensions within specified tolerances.


  • Knowledge of cutting speeds feeds based on material and part geometry.
  • Select cutting tools and tooling instructions, according to written specifications or knowledge of metal properties and shop mathematics.
  • G-code and M-code is required.
  • Working knowledge of Mastercam is helpful.
