This individual will be responsible for verifying and tracking customer purchase orders information to ensure accuracy. The ideal candidate for this position must be focused, reliable, detailed and able to multitask.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Verify and track customer PO information to quote information to ensure all information is verified and accurate.
    • Create and release jobs.
    • Track and report all jobs during the process.
    • Assist with qualifying and sourcing subcontractors.
    • Assist and support the logistics manager as well as work closely with our sales and estimating team.

    Qualifications

    • Good math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and weights
    • Experience in excel preferred
    • Good organizational and problem solving skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to follow documented procedures
    • Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
    • Ability to assist logistics manager and work closely with sales and estimating team
    • Interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi task and adapt to changing needs of department
